Charges and billing
Charges show on your card as KNOCKPLAN. To change plans, pause or cancel, email us or use Plan & add-ons inside the app. The details are in our Billing, Refunds and Territory.
Trouble signing in
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. The email link works once. If it doesn't arrive within a minute, check your spam folder, then email us.
Did you get a letter or an offer page from a buyer?
KnockPlan is the software that buyer uses. We are not your lender, the trustee or the county, and we are not part of any sale. To stop contact, reply STOP to a text or email us with the property address and we will pass it to the buyer. More in our Privacy Notice for Homeowners.
