Cloudflare, Inc.
Hosts the app and offer pages, runs the print engine, and provides security. Receives: everything sent to or from the Service while in transit, and the data needed to print pieces.
Supabase, Inc.
Database, sign-in and file storage (United States data center). Receives: account information, homeowner information you add, brand images, offer pages (encrypted), and records of consents.
Anthropic, PBC
Reads uploaded files you send to the smart reader (for example, a PDF that isn't a county notice-of-sale list, or a photo of a page) and returns the houses it finds. Receives: only the files you choose to read that way.
Google LLC (Google Fonts)
Offer pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the visitor's IP address and browser details when a page loads.
